Melvin grew up in his father’s woodworking shop, gaining hands-on experience that sparked a lifelong passion for cabinetry. By 18, he launched his own design business, later expanding into engineering services for large-scale cabinet makers. After years in contracting and kitchen remodels, he joined Magnolia, excited to focus on high-end custom work in Florida.
